The OpenAI Responses API. Codex CLI and OpenClaw use this endpoint.

The request body follows the OpenAI Responses format, including instructions, tools, reasoning and stream.

Stateless only​

Standard Compute doesn't store responses:

  • store is always treated as false.
  • previous_response_id is not supported and returns 400 with code unsupported_parameter. Send the full conversation history in input instead.
