Kilo Code
Kilo Code connects through its built-in OpenAI Compatible provider.
Setup
- In VS Code, open the Kilo Code settings.
- Set API Provider to OpenAI Compatible.
- Enter these values:

The context window matters: Kilo uses it to size its context gauge and decide when to compact.
Check the connection
Start a new task, ask for a small file edit, and confirm the request appears in Request Logs.
Pinning a model
To use one specific model, copy its exact API ID from the Models page and set the context window to that model's advertised limit.
